The accommodations provided are of excellent quality, with well-crafted furnishings and amenities. However, I must bring to your attention a significant safety concern that arose during my stay in room 101. The door handle became jammed, rendering us unable to exit the room for two hours. We ultimately had to resort to exiting through the window to the hallway. This incident presents a serious safety risk, particularly if children or individuals with limited mobility were to be trapped in such a situation.
Furthermore, many guests visit for religious purposes, often having made reservations months in advance. A similar incident could lead to them missing their scheduled darshan, which would be a considerable inconvenience and a significant problem for your establishment.
I strongly recommend that all door handles be thoroughly inspected and replaced with higher-quality alternatives, even if it entails additional cost. This proactive measure will ensure the safety and peace of mind of your guests. I will remove this suggestion once I receive your response. Thank you.
